Accessibility statement
Last reviewed on 2026-10-18.
Commitment
VectorInvoice wants the public pages and the signed-in app to be perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust. The target for web content is WCAG 2.2 level AA, as used by EN 301 549. That is the web criterion the Lithuanian authority names for the law that transposes Directive (EU) 2019/882, the European Accessibility Act. This statement records that aim. It is not a certificate, and no certification is claimed.
Conformance status
This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 level AA.
Partially conformant means some parts do not yet meet the target. The status is from a self-assessment on 2026-10-18. An external audit, a notified body, and a certification scheme were not used.
Measures
These are present in the version that was reviewed.
- A skip link moves keyboard focus to the main content on the public pages, the sign-in page, and the signed-in app.
- Keyboard focus is shown with a visible outline.
- Entrance motion, hover motion, and the security-page note transition turn off when the device asks for reduced motion.
- On the features page, sections that scroll into view slide in. Their opacity does not change, so plan labels keep their resting contrast while they move. Reduced motion turns that slide off.
- On pricing, the monthly or yearly control is a radio group. Arrow keys move the selection, and only the selected choice stays in the tab order.
- The plan comparison is a table with a caption and column headings. A tick or a dash is also named “included” or “not included”.
- On the security page, longer notes open from a disclosure. The control is in the tab order and shows whether the note is open.
- Contact and sign-in fields have visible labels. A sign-in error is exposed as an alert.
- On a small screen the menu closes with Escape, and the page under the menu is taken out of the tab order while the menu is open.
- The page language is set on the HTML element. Each language link has the name of that language.
Known limitations
- The check covered the home page, features, pricing, security, sign-in, and the customer dashboard. Upload, invoice review, team, settings, and admin were not run through the same tools. Gaps on those screens may be missing from this statement.
Feedback
If a page is hard to use, name the page address, what you were trying to do, and any assistive technology you use.
Use the contact form to report an accessibility problem. We reply by email.
Enforcement
If the reply does not resolve the problem, you can contact a market-surveillance authority. For e-commerce services, consumer banking, e-books, and dedicated software, the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba, VVTAT) states that it supervises the Lithuanian law which transposes Directive (EU) 2019/882. The Communications Regulatory Authority (Ryšių reguliavimo tarnyba, RRT) supervises electronic communications services and directs e-commerce questions to VVTAT.
VVTAT, A. Goštauto g. 12, 01108 Vilnius, Lithuania. tarnyba@vvtat.lt. +370 5 262 6760.
Whether VVTAT is the authority for this service has not been confirmed. VectorInvoice is invoicing software, and this site does not conclude a consumer contract. VVTAT defines e-commerce as a service aimed at concluding one. Pages read on 2026-10-18: VVTAT “Prieinamumo direktyva” (“Accessibility Directive”, updated 2026-05-13), the VVTAT accessibility FAQ, and RRT “Paslaugų prieinamumas” (“Service accessibility”).
How this statement was prepared
Self-assessment on 2026-10-18 of a local production build. axe-core and Lighthouse were used on the pages named above, together with checks for keyboard use, visible focus, zoom to 200%, and reduced motion. Names in the accessibility tree were inspected. A screen-reader user did not take part. Non-web clauses of EN 301 549 were not assessed.
