Questions

i.SAF, FR0600, and individual activity (individuali veikla).

VectorInvoice prepares i.SAF, GPM311, FR0600 and FR0781 ready to submit. Review them, then upload yourself or submit via a secure VMI token connection where supported. Nothing is sent without your approval. These answers describe this app, not a ruling from VMI.

VectorInvoice is software, not tax advice. For individual questions, consult a certified tax advisor (mokesčių konsultantas / Steuerberater).

What is i.SAF?

i.SAF is the invoice register VAT payers in Lithuania file with VMI, the tax authority. It lists purchase and sale invoices for a month. VectorInvoice can write an i.SAF 1.2 XML file from invoices you have checked. You review it, then upload it yourself or submit it via a secure VMI token connection where supported. A transfer always waits for your confirmation of that file.

What is FR0600?

FR0600 is the VAT return, a different filing from the i.SAF register. The date used here is the 25th. The app shows that date and moves it when the day is not a working day. On Standard and Pro it prepares an FR0600 draft from invoices you approved. You review it, then upload it yourself. The app does not submit FR0600.

What is individual activity (individuali veikla)?

Individual activity (individuali veikla) is self-employment registered in Lithuania, not a company. The app is shaped for one person on that status who deals with VAT. It is not a full set of accounts, and it does not say whether you must register for VAT.

When are the deadlines?

For a given month, the app uses the 20th for i.SAF and the 25th for FR0600 in the following month. If that official day falls on a weekend or a Lithuanian public holiday, it moves to the next working day. A personal reminder on the 12th and a personal mark on the 16th stay put. These are the dates the app calculates. They are not a ruling from VMI, and a reminder is not proof that a filing was made.

Can VectorInvoice submit to VMI?

Where supported, and only after you review the file. VectorInvoice prepares i.SAF, GPM311, FR0600 and FR0781 ready to submit. You can download them and upload them yourself. i.SAF can also be submitted directly over a secure VMI token connection when that connection is enabled. GPM311, FR0600 and FR0781 are not submitted by the app. Nothing is sent without your approval.

Where does the data live, and in which languages?

This deployment runs on Render in the Oregon region, in the United States. An EU region is not set in that file. When a Mistral key is set, receipt reading, a draft from one sentence, and speech-to-text go to api.eu.mistral.ai. The code refuses the United States host and the global host api.mistral.ai. The screens are in English, Lithuanian, Polish, German, Latvian, and Russian.

Are my invoices used to train a model?

The application refuses an internal purpose named training. On 17 October 2026 the operator confirmed, from the Mistral admin privacy page, that the switch "use API calls to train Mistral models" is disabled and that Labs models are disabled. That training opt-out is active. Zero Data Retention has not been requested. This page does not treat it as active. When a key is set, the receipt, the sentence, or a short recording is sent to api.eu.mistral.ai for that one request.

Is there a signed data-processing agreement?

No. A draft for Article 28 can be downloaded from the security page. It is not signed, it is not legal advice, and it is not a certificate. The subprocessors page lists Render, Mistral, VIES, and the Lithuanian open-data lookup. Accepting each vendor's terms is not recorded on this page.

How long are receipt images kept?

VectorInvoice stores a compressed copy of each receipt file for 2 years from the document date (730 days, configurable). Extracted invoice fields and the journal stay after the file copy is deleted. You get email and in-app reminders 60 and 14 days before deletion, with a one-click ZIP export. Statutory bookkeeping retention is your responsibility. In Lithuania that is generally 10 years, so export copies you still need. This is not tax advice.

Can I add employees?

Yes, on Standard and Pro. Employees are an add-on, not a separate plan. On Standard each employee is €5.99 a month, including VAT. Pro includes 2 employees, then €5.99 each. Basic does not include employees. Corporate stays on request. Adding or removing an employee is prorated for the rest of the month.
