Who it is for

Three ways of working in Lithuania.

The same receipt can feed a personal journal, a small company, or a VAT register. You review the result, then upload the files yourself or submit via a secure VMI token connection where supported.

Individual activity

A person with individual activity (individuali veikla) keeps a journal of income and expenses, sees a 30% calculation beside recorded expenses, and a labelled 2026 reserve. You decide which path to use. The calculation is not a tax assessment. The GPM311 screen is a local summary, not an official file.

Small partnership (MB)

A small company can invite people, review their receipts, and download one file for the accountant. Members see their own receipts. The admin sees the originals. This is not a full company ledger.

VAT payers

Approved invoices can be written to an i.SAF file you review. The due date used here is the 20th of the next month, then the next working day. Upload it yourself or submit via a secure VMI token connection where supported. FR0600 is a draft you review and upload yourself, not an automatic filing.

What this is not

Not the tax authority, not an accounting firm, and not a promise of hours saved. No time or money figure is printed here.

Downloads for Lithuanian, German, and international books are labelled. If a vendor layout could not be checked against a public template, the file says unverified template. There is no direct connection to those systems.
