Terms of Service

Version of 22 October 2026.

These terms govern paid VectorInvoice plans. VectorInvoice is sold only to companies and self-employed persons who buy for their business. Consumers cannot conclude a contract.

1. Parties and scope

The seller is Alexander Mauz, individual activity (individuali veikla) in Lithuania, Vytauto g. 8-37, LT-66130 Druskininkai, Lithuania, individual activity no. 1174510, VAT number LT100015222816, email support@vectorinvoice.lt (“we”). The customer is the company or self-employed person who orders a paid plan (“you”). These terms apply to every paid VectorInvoice plan on the website and in the app. Your own general terms do not apply, even if we do not object to them.

2. Business customers only

VectorInvoice is offered only to businesses: legal entities and natural persons who buy for their trade, business, or profession, including an individual activity or other self-employment. We do not conclude contracts with consumers. When you order, you confirm that you act for these business purposes and not as a consumer. Because no consumer contract is concluded, the rights that the law gives consumers, in particular the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, do not apply. We may ask for evidence of business status, such as a VAT number or a registration number, and may refuse or end a contract that a consumer concluded.

3. The service

VectorInvoice is bookkeeping and form-preparation software. It stores receipts and invoices, reads fields from them, keeps a journal, and prepares files and drafts such as i.SAF, GPM311, FR0600, and FR0781 for you to review, download, and submit yourself. It shows general information and calculations based on your entries. It does not give tax advice and does not replace a certified tax advisor (mokesčių konsultantas / Steuerberater). You check every figure and every file before you use it. The features of each plan are those shown on the pricing page when you order.

4. How the contract is concluded

The pricing page is not a binding offer. After you sign in, you choose a plan, a billing interval, and any employees under Settings → Plan, confirm that you buy for your business and accept these terms, and are forwarded to Stripe Checkout. Before you pay, Checkout shows the price and the interval and asks again for your acceptance of these terms. The contract is concluded when you complete the payment in Stripe Checkout. The plan is switched on in your account once Stripe confirms the payment. A Business plan for several companies is agreed individually; these terms apply to it unless the individual agreement says otherwise.

5. Plans and prices

The plans are Basic, Standard, and Pro, with the prices and features shown on the pricing page at the time of the order. Business is available on request. All prices are in euro and include VAT. Employees are an add-on on Standard and Pro, billed per employee and month; Pro includes 2 employees. The amount you pay is the amount shown in Stripe Checkout.

6. Billing interval and automatic renewal

You choose monthly or yearly billing. Fees are charged in advance for each billing period. The first period starts on the day of payment and lasts one month or one year. The subscription renews automatically for a period of the same length, and the fee for the new period is charged to your payment method, until you cancel. Additional employees are billed monthly only, so a yearly plan cannot include employees beyond those included in the plan.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period, under Settings → Plan → Manage billing (the Stripe customer portal) or by email to support@vectorinvoice.lt. The paid plan stays active until the end of the period that has been paid; after that, the paid features end. You can download your data in Settings; retention and deletion are described in the privacy policy. We may cancel with at least 30 days’ notice to the end of a billing period. Either party may terminate for good cause without notice, for example for a serious breach of these terms.

8. Refunds and employee seat changes

Fees for a billing period that has started are not refunded, in full or pro rata, when you cancel, move to a smaller plan, or stop using the service, unless mandatory law requires a refund. If you add or remove employees during a monthly billing period, Stripe calculates the difference pro rata for the rest of the period: an added employee is charged for the remaining part of the period, and a removed employee is credited for the remaining part. The difference is settled on the next invoice. Amounts charged in error are refunded.

9. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, Ireland. The payment methods available are those shown in Stripe Checkout. By ordering, you authorise us to charge the fee for each renewal to the payment method you saved with Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details; Stripe holds them. You can enter your VAT number in Checkout. Invoices and payment receipts are available in the customer portal, where you also keep your billing details and payment method up to date.

10. Late payment and suspension

If a payment fails, Stripe tries again and the app shows a notice. Your plan stays active during this period. If an amount is still unpaid 14 days after it was due, we may, after notice by email, limit the account to reading and exporting data or suspend the paid features until the amount is paid. If it remains unpaid, we may terminate the contract. A suspension does not delete your data. Statutory rights in case of late payment are not affected.

11. Service availability

We operate the service with care and aim for high availability, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability or a fixed uptime unless this is agreed in writing. Maintenance, security updates, and outages of providers we depend on (for example hosting, Stripe, the VMI portal, or VIES) can interrupt the service. We plan maintenance for quiet hours where possible. We may develop and change features if the main functions of your plan remain. Features marked as optional modules, previews, or beta may change or be removed.

12. Data protection and data processing

For the receipts, invoices, and other content you upload, you are the controller and we process the data on your behalf as processor under Article 28 GDPR. The data processing agreement (DPA) described on the DPA page applies to this processing and forms part of the contract. The subprocessors are listed on the subprocessors page. For your account, billing, and the website, we are the controller; the privacy policy describes that processing. You make sure that you may upload personal data of third parties. Statutory retention of your bookkeeping records is your responsibility; receipt file copies are kept as described in the privacy policy.

13. Your responsibilities

You keep your account and billing details correct, keep your sign-in details secret, and are responsible for the people you invite to your workspace. You use the service only lawfully and do not try to disrupt or overload it or to access data of other customers.

14. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for harm to life, body, or health, and wherever mandatory law does not allow a limitation. Otherwise, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the 12 months before the event that caused the damage. We are not liable for indirect damage or lost profit, nor for tax assessments, interest, fines, or missed deadlines that result from files or figures you used without checking them. You keep your own copies of data you need; the service offers exports for this.

15. Changes to prices and terms

We may change prices and these terms for future billing periods. We tell you about a change by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. A price change applies from the first billing period that starts after that date. If you do not agree, you can cancel to the end of the current billing period; if you do not cancel, the change applies from that date. Changes required by law or by a decision of a court or an authority may take effect earlier.

16. Transfer to a successor

We may transfer this contract, with all rights and obligations and including the data processing agreement, to a successor entity of the seller that continues the service, for example a company that the seller founds or controls. We tell you by email at least 30 days before the transfer. You agree to such a transfer now. If you do not want to continue with the successor, you can cancel with effect from the date of the transfer; fees paid in advance for the time after that date are then refunded pro rata. You may transfer the contract only with our consent in writing or by email.

17. Applicable law and venue

The law of the Republic of Lithuania applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The courts of the Republic of Lithuania competent for the seller’s place of business have jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with this contract, as far as the law allows such an agreement.

18. Final provisions

Notices under this contract may be sent by email: we write to the email address of your account, and you write to support@vectorinvoice.lt. If a provision is invalid, the rest of the contract remains valid. These terms are published in several languages; if the versions differ, the English version prevails.
